Thank you for choosing Wellhana. We are committed to providing high-quality solutions that drive results.

1. For Corporate & Individual Customers

General Refund Policy & Specific Offer Terms Standard Policy: By default, all sales of our products and services are final. Because our proprietary tools and materials are digital assets and fulfillment begins upon purchase, we do not generally offer refunds for "change of mind" or lack of usage.

Exceptions (The "Guarantees"): However, if a specific Money Back Guarantee (e.g., "14-Day Money Back") was explicitly displayed on the Pricing Page or Checkout Flow for your specific plan at the time of purchase, Wellhana will honor that guarantee.

Terms of Exception: To claim a guarantee, you must contact support strictly within the stated window (e.g., 14 days from the purchase timestamp). If no specific guarantee was displayed for your chosen tier at the time of purchase, the standard "All Sales Final" policy applies.

Immediate Access & Delivery By purchasing, you acknowledge that you gain immediate access to our intellectual property. Delivery is considered complete when we transmit your access credentials or invitation link via email.

Definition of "Cancel Anytime" Plans labeled as "Cancel Anytime" allow you to disable the auto-renewal of your subscription at any moment via your account portal or by contacting support. Cancellation turns off the next scheduled billing event. It does not generate a refund (pro-rated or otherwise) for the current billing cycle you have already paid for. You will retain full access to the Platform until the end of your current cycle (whether monthly or annual), after which your access will terminate.

Service Suspension or Termination Wellhana reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Product or Services at its discretion, including but not limited to misuse, breach of terms, or operational reasons. In such cases, no refunds (pro-rated or otherwise) will be issued for any remaining portion of the billing cycle, except where required by applicable law.

2. For Affiliates & Partners

Program Fees Any fees paid to join the Wellhana Partner/Affiliate Program (e.g., "Setup Fee" or "Certification Fee") are generally non-refundable.

Performance Rebate Exception We invest in partners who invest in us. If you are an active affiliate, your initial Join Fee is eligible for a 100% rebate under the following condition:

Condition: You must successfully generate your first qualified sale (conversion).

Process: You must contact us at information@wellhana.com within 14 days of that first sale to request your rebate.

Forfeiture: If you do not request the rebate within this 14-day window, the fee becomes permanently non-refundable.
