1. Ownership of Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in and to the Wellhana digital products ("Products") and services ("Services")—including but not limited to software code, course curriculum, worksheets, templates, video content, audio recordings, text, graphics, logos, and design—are the exclusive property of Wellhana or its licensors. These materials are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
2. License Grant By purchasing or using our Products or Services, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content.
For Business Customers: Usage is strictly limited to the specific number of "Authorized Users" (employees) for which fees have been paid.
For Individual Customers: Usage is for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
3. Strict Restrictions To protect the value of our intellectual property, you strictly agree NOT to:
Copy or Clone: Reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Products or Services.
Distribute: Sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or freely distribute the Products (including login credentials) to any third party.
Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code.
Train AI: Use any Wellhana content, text, or data to train, fine-tune, or test any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or large language models.
Scrape: Use bots, spiders, or automated scrapers to extract content or data from the Services.
Remove Notices: Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
4. User-Generated Content & Feedback
User Content: If you post content to our community or platforms (e.g., comments, forum posts), you grant Wellhana a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our Services.
Feedback: If you provide ideas, suggestions, or improvements for our Products ("Feedback"), Wellhana shall own all right, title, and interest in such Feedback and may use it for any purpose without compensation to you.
5. Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice) Wellhana respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following:
A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
A description of where the material is located on our Products or Services.
Your address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

6. Enforcement Wellhana takes the protection of its intellectual property seriously. We monitor usage for patterns of theft and unauthorized sharing. We will investigate any suspected infringement and take appropriate action, including:
Immediate termination of your account without refund.
Civil legal action to recover damages.
Reporting to relevant authorities.
