Last Updated: December 10, 2025
Our Commitment Wellhana is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure our employee wellbeing tools are inclusive.
Conformance Status The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Wellhana is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This means that while we strive for full accessibility, some parts of the content or downloadable resources may not yet fully conform to the strictest accessibility standards. We are actively working to remediate these issues to provide a seamless experience for all users.
Feedback and Assistance We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Wellhana platform. If you encounter accessibility barriers while using our website or digital products, please contact us immediately so we can assist you. You can reach our team at information@wellhana.com. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 3 business days to provide alternative formats or assistance where necessary.
Compatibility Wellhana is designed to be compatible with standard assistive technologies, including screen readers and keyboard navigation features found in modern web browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox. The accessibility of Wellhana relies on technologies including HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS, and JavaScript to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer.
Assessment Approach Wellhana assessed the accessibility of this site by self-evaluation. We regularly review our digital products to identify and fix potential barriers.
