Wellhana Feedback Policy / Promotional Access & Barter Terms

1. Scope of Agreement These terms apply exclusively to organizations participating in the Wellhana Promotional Access Program, where access is granted at no cost in exchange for marketing rights ("The Barter").

Note: Standard paid subscriptions are governed solely by our General Terms of Service.

2. The Barter Arrangement In exchange for waiving standard subscription fees, the participating organization ("Partner") agrees to serve as a public reference for Wellhana.

3. Deemed Approval Process & Notification To streamline administration, Wellhana utilizes a "Deemed Approval" workflow:

Wellhana may create a standard listing or "Success Story" using the Partner’s public brand assets.

We will notify the Partner via email regarding this listing.

Effective Notice: Notification is deemed complete and the 14-day objection window begins at the moment Wellhana transmits the email to the address on file. Wellhana is not responsible for non-receipt due to spam filters, firewalls, or the Partner’s failure to monitor the inbox.

If the Partner does not object in writing within 14 days of transmission, the Partner explicitly consents to the publication of these materials.

4. Grant of Publicity Rights By participating in this program and not objecting within the 14-day window, Partner grants Wellhana the right to:

Use the Partner’s Company Name and Logo in "Trusted By" or "Client" sections.

Attribute a standard statement and marketing copy of partnership to the organization (e.g., "We partner with Wellhana to support employee wellbeing" and other more elaborative general marketing copy).

Note: Specific quotes will not be attributed to individual employees without express permission.

5. Termination of Barter Partner may revoke these rights at any time. However, acknowledging that publicity is the consideration for this agreement, revocation of rights constitutes an immediate termination of the Free Access License.

6. Professional Standards Wellhana agrees to use all Partner assets in a professional manner that reflects positively on the Partner’s commitment to employee wellbeing.
