To access Wellhana’s digital employee wellbeing tools for free, you agree to provide a testimonial within 14 days of receiving access. This can be a brief written statement, video, or other format highlighting how Wellhana has enhanced your team’s wellbeing. We’ll provide simple guidelines to make this process seamless, and we’re happy to draft a testimonial for your review if needed.

If We Don’t Hear From You

If a testimonial isn’t provided within 14 days, you grant Wellhana the right to create a testimonial on your behalf. This may include, but is not limited to:

Your company/organization’s name, logo, and branding elements.

Content from your publicly available website, social media, or other public materials (e.g., mission statements, images, or descriptions).

Names, titles, and photos of employees or representatives (if provided or publicly available, such as on your website, LinkedIn profiles, or other professional platforms).

General statements about the positive impact of Wellhana’s tools on your workplace, crafted to reflect your organization’s values and mission.

We’ll ensure any testimonial we create is professional, accurate, and presents your organization in a positive light.

How We Use Your Feedback and Materials

By participating in our feedback program, you grant Wellhana a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your testimonial (or one we create on your behalf) and related materials, including but not limited to your company’s name, logo, images, and employee photos or names (if provided or publicly available), in our marketing materials, website, social media, press releases, or other promotional channels. This helps us amplify the positive impact of Wellhana and inspire other organizations to prioritize workplace wellbeing.

We may also use publicly available images or content from your organization’s website, social media, or other platforms to enhance the testimonial and showcase your story authentically. Rest assured, all materials will be used respectfully and professionally to reflect positively on your organization.
