Wellhana Partner & Referral Policy

1. CHOOSE YOUR PROGRAM
At Wellhana, we offer two distinct ways to partner with us. Please read carefully to identify which program applies to you.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON EXCLUSIVITY: You cannot participate in both programs for the same order. An order cannot qualify for both a Referral Reward and an Affiliate Commission. If an order tracks via both channels, the Professional Affiliate (Awin or similar) commission takes precedence, and no Gift Card will be issued.
PROGRAM A: PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATE PARTNER Best For: Publishers, Agencies, Content Creators, and High-Volume Referrers. Reward Type: Cash Commissions. Earning Potential: Professional Commission Structure (High Volume). Platform: Managed via Awin or similar.
PROGRAM B: CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM Best For: Individuals, Customers, and Employees referring their network or employer. Reward Type: USA Amazon Gift Cards. Earning Potential: Capped at $599 USD per calendar year. Platform: Managed internally by Wellhana.
SECTION A: PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATE PROGRAM (AWIN OR SIMILAR)
If you are a professional partner looking to earn cash commissions, you must join our program on the Awin network.
Governance Participation in the Professional Affiliate Program is governed strictly by the Program Terms & Conditions accepted within the Awin portal. In the event of any conflict between this page and the terms inside Awin, the Awin terms shall prevail.
Commission Structure Commissions, payout windows, and cookie durations are defined specifically within your Awin offer agreement. Please refer to your Awin dashboard for your specific rates.
Tax Responsibility As a professional partner, you are responsible for all tax reporting. Awin (or Wellhana) will issue appropriate tax documentation (e.g., Form 1099) for earnings exceeding legal thresholds.
SECTION B: CUSTOMER REFERRAL POLICY
The following terms apply exclusively to the Customer Referral Program (Gift Card Rewards).
Commission Eligibility Commissions are awarded only for the purchase of Paid Subscriptions.
Referring Your Employer We encourage you to refer your own employer. If you champion Wellhana to your HR department or leadership team and they purchase a subscription, you are eligible for the referral commission.
Payment Terms & Timing All commissions under this program are paid exclusively via USA Amazon Digital Gift Cards. Commissions are processed in a timely manner, with a target goal of disbursement within 3 weeks (21 days) following the purchase. This delay ensures the order has cleared our refund window. Gift cards are emailed to the address on file.
Earning Limits Each individual is eligible for a maximum of $599 USD in gift card value per calendar year (Jan 1 – Dec 31). If you reach this limit and wish to continue earning, please apply to Section A (Awin Program) to transition to a professional partner status.
SECTION C: CRITICAL RULES FOR ALL PARTNERS
Refunded Orders Commission is paid only on recognized revenue. If the customer is offered a refund, the commission is void. If already paid, Wellhana reserves the right to deduct that amount from future earnings.
Fraud & Misuse Wellhana reserves the right to deny commissions if we detect bot traffic, self-referrals (buying your own plan), or fraudulent activity.
Policy Amendments Wellhana reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate these programs at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
