Wellhana Referral Policy

At Wellhana, we deeply value our partners, affiliates, and referrers. We recognize the pivotal role you play in the growth and success of our business. Our commitment to fostering a transparent, fair, and mutually beneficial relationship is reflected in our Referral Policy. We strive to ensure that all commissions are awarded in a manner that honors the efforts of our collaborators while safeguarding the integrity and profitability of our store. Below is our established policy to guide these interactions.

1) Single Commission per Order:
Only one referral commission will be awarded per order.

2) Commission Exclusivity:
An order cannot qualify for both a referral commission and an affiliate commission.

3) Affiliate Commission Priority:
If an order qualifies under both a referral program and an affiliate program (e.g., ShareASale, Awin, or similar), the affiliate commission will take precedence over the referral commission. No referral commission will be awarded in such cases.

4) Enforcement:
The store reserves the right to enforce these policies strictly. Any attempt to circumvent or manipulate this policy to claim multiple commissions on a single order will result in the forfeiture of all commissions related to that order, and may lead to termination from both the referral and affiliate programs.

5) Dispute Resolution:
Decisions by the store regarding the application of this policy are final. Claims or disputes over commission eligibility will be reviewed, but the store's determination will be conclusive.

6) Policy Amendments:
This policy may be amended at any time by the store without prior notice to referrers or affiliates. Continued participation in our referral or affiliate programs post-amendment constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7) Payment of Referral Commissions:
Referral commissions will be processed and paid to the referrer in a timely manner, with the goal of disbursing within 21 days following the purchase.

8) Recipient Responsibility for Receiving Commission
The recipient acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for ensuring they are capable of receiving the referral commission (e.g., possessing a valid email address for digital gifts, an active Amazon account for gift card redemption, or any other necessary means to accept the commission).
It is the responsibility of the recipient to comply with all eligibility requirements, including but not limited to, age restrictions, account status, and local laws or regulations that might affect their ability to receive the commission.
Should the recipient fail to meet these requirements or if the commission cannot be successfully delivered due to reasons attributable to the recipient (such as providing incorrect information, non-functional email, or account issues), the referral partner or company shall not be held liable for any undelivered commission, and no alternative compensation will be provided.

9) Maximum amount and number of commissions
Each individual is eligible to a maximum of $599 in referral commissions per calendar year. After receiving the maximum in commissions within the same year, the referrer will no longer be eligible for additional referral commissions until the start of the next calendar year.
The calendar year is defined as starting January 1st and ending December 31st.

10) Referral Commissions Country
All referral commission gift cards awarded through the Wellhana Referral Program are USA Amazon Gift Cards. These cannot be redeemed for or converted into gift cards for other countries.

11) Tax Responsibility:
The recipient of referral commissions is solely responsible for any and all taxes on the income derived from these commissions.

12) Fraud or Other Concerns
Wellhana reserves the right to deny referral commissions if there is reason to believe the referrer has engaged in fraudulent actions or for any other reason at our discretion.

13) Refunded Orders:
Referral commissions will not be paid if the customer associated with the referral receives a refund for the order. If a commission has already been paid out and a refund is later issued, the commission amount will be deducted from future earnings or must be returned by the referrer.

14) Acknowledgement:
By participating in our referral or affiliate programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this policy.
