Affiliate Join Bonus Program

Welcome to the Wellhana crew! We’re excited to team up with you to spread employee wellbeing and stack those commissions. 

1. Program Enrollment
   • To join the Wellhana ShareASale/Awin affiliate program, affiliates must pay a one-time entry fee.
   • Wellhana reserves the right to approve or reject affiliate applications at its sole discretion.
2. Exclusive Bonus
   • Eligibility: The first 10 affiliates to enroll by March 14, 2025, qualify for the bonus tier. Enrollment is complete upon payment of the $99 entry fee and approval by Wellhana.
   • Bonus Details:
     • For your first 3 qualifying sales OR sales completed by April 30, 2025 (11:59 PM PST), whichever comes first, you’ll earn 75% of the sale price, up to a maximum of $1,000 USD per sale, replacing the $500 base commission.
     • Examples:
       • Sale of $500 = $500 commission (75% = $375, but base $500 applies).
       • Sale of $1,000 = $750 commission (75% of $1,000).
       • Sale of $2,000 = $1,000 commission (75% of $2,000, capped at $1,000 max commission).
   • Time Limit: The bonus applies only to sales made between your enrollment date and April 30, 2025. If you achieve 3 qualifying sales before April 30, 2025, the bonus ends after your third sale. If April 30, 2025, arrives first, the bonus ends regardless of sales count.
   • Cap: Maximum bonus payout is $3,000 USD (3 sales x $1,000 max). After the bonus period ends, all subsequent sales revert to the $500 flat base commission.
3. Bonus Payment Process
   • Affiliates must request bonus payments within 14 days of each qualifying sale by submitting proof of sale (e.g., ShareASale/Awin tracking ID) to [information@wellhana.com].
   • Bonus payments are processed within 45 days of request, pending sale verification.
   • Wellhana reserves the right to deny bonus payments if requests are late, incomplete, or if sales do not meet verification criteria.
4. Sale Verification
   • A “qualifying sale” is defined as a completed purchase through your unique affiliate link, with payment cleared and no refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations within 30 days of the sale date.
   • Wellhana retains sole authority to verify sales and determine eligibility for commissions and bonuses.
   • Fraudulent or self-referred sales (e.g., affiliates purchasing through their own links) are ineligible and may result in program termination without refund.
5. Program Modifications
   • Wellhana may modify or terminate the affiliate program, entry fee, commission structure, or bonus offer at any time, with or without notice. Changes will not retroactively affect verified sales or earned commissions.
     
6. Affiliate Responsibilities
   • Affiliates must promote Wellhana in good faith, adhering to ShareASale/Awin guidelines and applicable laws.
   • Misrepresentation of Wellhana products, spamming, or unethical marketing may result in immediate termination without payout or refund.
7. Liability
   • Wellhana is not liable for lost commissions due to technical issues, third-party platform errors (e.g., ShareASale/Awin), or affiliate failure to follow these terms.
